Academic Calendar makes it easy

to set up your diary

Academic Calendar adds its own toolbar to Outlook (which you can set to show just the icons or with explanatory text.)

In Outlook 2010 it is a Ribbon

Clicking the Setup button starts the Setup wizard.

On the Setup Wizard you can enter term dates like this:

And with a single click create Outlook all-day appointments to act as headings like this:

 

You can enter session times and your personal timetable like this (two-week timetables are supported and you can specify a location and reminder:for each entry and as a general default.

and with a single click create appointments for your timetabled commitments for every timetabled week in the academic year, like this:

When you want to make a new term-time appointment on a day that has been defined as term-time and timetabled you get a special appointment form that reflects your institution's session times, like this:

If you click on a session the times and the subject's prefix are adjusted accordingly.

If you have multiple calendars (including public folders in Exchange) you can choose which calendar your appointments will be created in.(from version 1.1.0.0)
