Academic Calendar makes it easy to print.
Academic Calendar adds a toolbar to Outlook that has three print buttons.
In Outlook 2010 it is a Ribbon.
Clicking on the Print Term button allows you to select any of the term blocks you have set up
and print them out. (You would normally create a term-block for each half
term.)
Clicking the Print Day or Print Week buttons allow you to select a
single day or week and print the calendar entries for that.
If session
times have been defined then any term-times dates can be printed with all the
session times showing, -
like this
The entries above look like those of a headteacher or senior manager.
Entries could just as easily be made for the formal school calendar to be shared
with staff or parents. This allows you to keep all the details of events
in one place - Outlook. You do not need to maintain separate calendars in
Word or web pages.
You can save or export the print-out as a Word file or a PDF file.
For users of Academic Calendar Plus with two-week timetables the timetable in
force will also be shown in the week heading.
If you choose List view from the options on the Print Preview screen the session
blocks are not show - just all appointments in a list. You can choose to
show the body text of the appointment from Outlook. In this case the user
has made some notes for the meeting with Mrs Jones. The entries could just
as easily be a more formal meeting agenda, lesson plan notes, directions to a
destination, etc.

NB The video was made when Academic Printer was a separate product but it is now
fully integrated into the standard edition of Academic Calendar.
