Purchasing a licence

Please download the Academic Calendar add-in before you purchase a licence. You will be able to double check that it works correctly in your computer environment.  If you have any problems downloading please let us know.

In order to give schools flexibility we offer two licencing schemes.

One-off licence

A one-off licence has no time limit and includes technical support for six months.

Prices

  Single user licence £45 + VAT
  5 user licence £150 + VAT
  10 user licence £250 + VAT
  25 user licence £450 + VAT

Annual licence

An annual licence includes any updates and technical support for the year.  This is chepaer in the short-term but also means that you will be kept up-to date with developing versions as we respond to user requests and you will have continued technical support.

You can order annual licences for any number of users.  The price will depend on the number of users.

Prices

  Single user £10 + VAT per user
  Atleast 5 users £8 + VAT per user
  At least 10 users £6 + VAT per user
  At least 25 users £5 + VAT per user
  At least 50 users £4 + VAT per user
  At least 75 users £2.50 + VAT per user
  At least 100 users £2 + VAT per user

Ordering

If you are ordering for a school then print off order order form and fax it to us along with an official order.  Click here for order form.

NB Please be aware that Outlook Express is not the same as Outlook.  It is a much less powerful program and Academic Calendar does not work with it.

 

PayPal

For an individual user we offer a slightly cheaper price of  £35 + VAT for a one-off licence if you order through PayPal.  You can use any of the major credit cards.  To proceed click the link below.

Upgrading

If you have an earlier version of Academic Calendar there are several reasons to upgrade

  • Academic Calendar is now a single product with all the features of both the Express and Printer Editions that were previously sold separately.and want to upgrade.  If you previously did not have printing support you now will.
  • If you have Outlook 2007 or 2010 all appointments made through the setup wizard will be color-coded.
