Purchasing a licence
Please download the Academic
Calendar add-in before you purchase a licence. You will be able
to double check that it works correctly in your computer environment. If you
have any problems downloading please let us know.
Academic Calendar is now sold as an annual licence to use the software.
Annual licence
An annual licence includes all updates and technical support for the year.
You can order annual licences for any number of users. The price will
depend on the number of users.

Ordering
If you are ordering for a school then print off our order form and fax it to us
along with an official order.

NB Please be aware that Outlook Express is not the same as
Outlook. It is a much less powerful program and Academic
Calendar does not work with it.
PayPal
You can order through PayPal, which may be simpler and quicker than producing and
sending an official order. The price is still £10 + VAT for a
one-year licence. You can order multiple liecences but there are no bulk
discounts. You can use any of the major credit cards. To

Upgrading
If you have an earlier version of Academic Calendar there are several reasons to
upgrade
- Academic Calendar is now a single product with all the features of both the
Express and Printer Editions that were previously sold separately. If you previously did not have printing support you
will with the new product.
- If you have Outlook 2007 or 2010 all appointments made through the setup wizard
will be color-coded.
