Purchasing a licence

Please download the Academic Calendar add-in before you purchase a licence. You will be able to double check that it works correctly in your computer environment. If you have any problems downloading please let us know.

You can buy either a single licence for yourself or multiple licenses for you and colleagues (discounts apply - see below).

Buying a single licence

Please decide which edition of Academic Calendar you want to buy. Then pay,

either

• by posting or faxing us an official order or cheque, ensuring that your email address is included so we can match it to your Licence request, . for £45 + VAT

or

• by using the Pay Pal (This enables you to pay with a credit card, debit card or Pay Pal account.)
  Just click on the edition you want below.

Buying multiple licenses

If you want to equip several staff in your establishment it is cheaper to buy multiple licenses, for example.

5 user licence for Academic Calendar Express @ £150 + VAT
10 user licence for Academic Calendar Express @ £250 + VAT
25 user licence for Academic Calendar Express @ £450 + VAT

Further details on the order form  order form

1. At least one of the users should download the software to test it runs in their environment.
2. Post or fax us a copy of our order form order form and a text file listing the email addresses you want licensed along with an official order.

We will send a licence to each user once we have the order and the licence request sent from their email address.
