Can
I install it on my work PC & my Home PC?
Yes, assuming you use the same email address on both.
First download the software onto one machine and check that it runs
properly in your environment.
Then on that machine only click the button to request a licence and
pay using the PayPal button. We will send you a licence which matches
that which the licence request you sent us contains. This is usually
with a couple of hours, certainly by the next day.
Only after the first machine has received its licence click the request
licence button on the second machine. Then only send and receive email
from that machine until the licence is received.
The two licences will be different and only be recognised on the machines
that requested them.

Why
have my timetabled period not been made into appointments?
Go to your Term dates and check that the Timetabled column is ticked
appropriately. Timetabled sessions are only converted into Outlook
appointments when the day falls within a timetabled term-block.
